Glastonbury Hospitality FAQs
When can I check in?
Guests can check in at the Hotel Bell Tent reception from 2pm on Wednesday. Check out is at 11am on Monday. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.
Where is the Hotel Bell Tent hospitality area located?
Our Hotel Bell Tent area is located within the hospitality area in the 'Woodies' field, situated in an exclusive area close to the John Peel stage.
Can I bring more people to stay in my tent?
Only the advertised number of people for your tent size can stay in the accommodation.
Will our event tickets be included in the price of the accommodation?
No event tickets are included in your Accommodation booking. You must have a Hospitality Camping Ticket to access the Hotel Bell Tent area.
Will there be security?
Hotel Bell Tent is an exclusive area located within the wider boutique camping site, where there will be a security personnel presence. Only wristbanded guests are permitted. As always, Hotel Bell Tent cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their tent
Does my tent package include bedding?
Classic Package - Yes, this package includes a 13.5 tog duvet and one pillow person with cotton bed linen and one cotton bath towel per person.
Deluxe Package – Yes, this package includes a 13.5 tog duvet and one pillow person with cotton bed linen and one cotton bath towel per person. This package also includes cosy bed throws and cushions.
What essential items should I bring?
A torch
Lots of layers for when the sun goes down
A rain coat and boots (for the unreliable British weather!)
Although all our accommodation at Glastonbury includes bedding, bringing an extra cosy blanket and pyjamas is advised for the cooler nights.
Can I bring alcohol?
Please refer to the festival website for any rules regarding the bringing of alcohol.
Can I use a barbeque or camping stove?
Please refer to the festival website for any rules regarding the use of barbeques and camping stoves.
What about the environment?
At Hotel Bell Tent we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests' help in keeping our area clean and tidy and assisting us in leaving no trace. Please help us by using the bins dotted around the site, and bagging up your rubbish so it can easily be recycled and disposed of.
