Build/Break Event Crew
Build/Break Event Crew work to create HBT temporary event accommodation by setting up and dressing structures, maintaining structures during the event, and setting down and packing away stock ready to be loaded.

Front of House Crew
Our Front of house team are responsible for meeting, greeting and checking in guests. For a day either side of the build helping with the completion and break down of the Hotel Bell Tent area.

Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager in all administrative aspects of a project and is responsible for day-to-day crew liaison.

Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of a well operating, efficient reception area and FOH team at events throughout the season

Crew Supervisor
The Crew Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Build & Production Managers in the build/ break of Hotel Bell Tent camps, leading smaller teams within the overall project.
Build Manager
The Build Manager alongside the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the physical build and stock management of Hotel Bell Tent areas
Production Manager
The Onsite Production Manager is responsible for the logistics, site services and subcontractors on the job they are working on as well as overseeing the Build and Break of the Hotel Bell Tent area with the Build Manager
Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees all administrative aspects of a project and is responsible for bringing all elements together.
Crew Cook
Crew cooks make sure that all of our crew are well fed in the field, buying and producing three meals a day in a small field kitchen.
